Punk Girl & Ep7

Punk chick character thing I'm working on. Burn Street is (I thought) a fictional street that I use for the setting of a few animations I never finished. I also use 32 Burn Street as a fake mailing address when I sign up to things I don't want. I found out later that there is a Burn street in Cambridge. I can only hope now that the people living at that address are really interested in getting lots of junk mail from every single university in NZ.

Episode one billion is out now. Give it a geaze. Most of it takes place at Coopers Beach camp. The last half of it is at Zaras new place. Oh yes! Credits I forgot to put in! I totally stole Matts Pics for the intro.

Chick Stencil

This ones a bit boring. But it still counts. Although the stencil itself was made yesterday, and it's pretty much 90% of the process. But my pens were made a while ago, and so was the paper I drew them on, but it still counts as a doodle done today. So yes. It's done... Oh yes, and it's based on an image I did last week *Pokes out tongue and shuffles out the blog.*

Unfortunate Truth

I was reading up about things going down in Egypt and came across the quote used in the doodle from Shawki al-Qadi. I thought it was kinda cool. Things said in times of unrest are always better than those said in times of peace. And then I thought about it a little to hard and realized that while most of the net generation would like to agree with it, we don't exactly take advantage of our power. Long live WikiLeaks.

I'm quite happy with this one. The movements been captured well by the splatter. Normally splatters just add chaos. Nice one, splatter!


It's not often that my own blog manages to make me laugh. I was going through my dailies on the internet, and one of my stops brings me to my blog stats page. This is for general ego stroking or on a bad day, for bringing myself down because no one knows I exist. But one of the fun parts is seeing how people found my blog, either through links from other sites or which words they used in google to find me in particular. Someone found my blog by googling "joke with doodle in punchline".

It is in fact Keir! Lvl 21, knows growl, tackle and bubblebeam! She's been in woeful need of drawing for a while now. Unfortunatly she morphs a lot, so she's a hard one to draw.

Abandoned Kittens

We found a pile of abandoned kittens. Becky's conversations became very limited in their content. I would offer a give away of kittens but probably by the time you read this we will have taken them to the SPCA.
