Electoral Commission Vector Logo Icon
Note, you'l have to rotate it a couple degrees clockwise to get it into the same orientation as the original. Sorry about that oversight. This is one of those logos that are impossible to find anywhere, because elections are boring as hell, so no fanboys are ever gonna go out and try and get some extra hits by blatantly plagiarizing it and handing it on for free like it's their god given right.
Little parties are starting to pop up everywhere. First someone noticed that Peter Dunne wasn't meant to be hanging around the beehive anymore, and was loitering around the outskirts nicking biscuits and tea. So he had to go off and make himself legit again. Then the hugely fantastic Civilian Party started up and now there's rumours of this Pakeha Party, whose main achievement so far is getting a bunch of likes on Facebook & making a pile of people get defensive about race relations.

Tron: Uprising Vector
The cartoon was awesome, and everyone agreed, except Disney, who purportedly said it had poor ratings, because the stuck it on at midnight behind a paywall with three armed guards shooting anyone who came anywhere near it.
So it's going the way of Firefly, which is sad. It had awesome visuals and a decent storyline which appealed far to much to the older viewers. I don't see why that's a bad thing, Older people have more money than a kid. It's cutting out the middlemanchild and getting right to the source.
So to celebrate I made the icon which features on Trons and Becks suit.
I have to say, they really got my sweet spot by adding in the Tetris T block in there.

Super Hard Deep V-Neck
+Quin Polderman inspired this one after he talked about what his life plans were. Plan A was doing graphic design, plan B was security stuff and plan C was V neck modeling. I told him that he could do plan A & C at the same time. I like to make fun of my profession, no one should take their jobs that seriously. Unless you're a surgeon, in which case I hope you never have a "shitty day at work" and never go into work in the morning planning on only doing half ass jobs. Half ass jobs are special plastic surgery jobs where someone has a skewed butt which needs to be corrected. If symptoms go untreated it usually leaves people in weird sitting positions where they tilt to one side.

Snow: Episode 43
But really what I'm trying to say is, FEZ(on the PC) feels like a buggy ass game and I'm gonna go back to playing Farcry 3. And the default controls? I felt like I was being trolled. Enter does what esc should? Ok dokie. I'm sure you have your reasons Mr. Angry Sideburns. Gorgeous looking game though!

Mr. Jingles G+ Notification Vector
Designer of Mr. Jingles credited to +Ryan Morrison.
So earlier today G+ changed it's notification button on the top right. I'm glad they did. it was the one thing that seemed to be a total afterthought when they did the columned redesign. It's definitely a lot better now. Before it was nested boxes within nested boxes with scroll bars for Africa. Africa doesn't even want them. They're just annoyed that Farcry 3 isn't set in their lovely country like it was last time.

I was struck by the little character they threw in there and decided to turn him into something everyone could enjoy. The file name on the original is "Jingles" so I'm gonna assume that's his name. Update Apparently his name is Mr. Bo Jingles, according to him. The font used in the text box is primarily defaulted to Roboto but most people will just revert to Arial when they see it in their browsers I think. Original font size, 13pt.
Update July 2nd 2013 Added the G+ 2nd birthday party hat version of Mr Jingles and the happy version of him when you click him and he jingles away.

Mirror's Edge Prequel
So I've succumbed to getting involved in the ridiculious garbage that's going on in the console world. But that's one dead horse that isn't mine to beat. For me the biggest news from E3 was the debut of my most beloved game, Mirror's Edge. It's been 5 years since the last one came out, and I was kinda worried that it would never happen. I've been googling the rumours about the sequel ever since I played the first one. Feverishly flipping through forums and grotty looking news sites for the barest hint of something ME related. I heard the initial reports of it being thought about, and then DICE saying they'd canned it. Then it was being considered, but definitely never going to happen. Then there was like one lone guy working on it or something while the rest of the crew went and made millions of dollars pumping out Battlefield 3 expansions. Then in the month leading up to E3, little rumour mushrooms started sprouting in the forms of Amazon pages, EA troubleshooting pages, and the re-registration of the Mirror's Edge website.
DICE is following the tried and true method of not bothering to rename the game, but rather just calling it Mirror's Edge again, I guess since the vast majority of people out there didn't realize there was a "Mirror's Edge" in the first place, let alone a second one.
To celebrate I made an 8bit version of the logo. To fully appreciate it you should probably listen to the 8bit remix of Still Alive while you're at it.
Ok, so what do we know about the sequel so far? It's an origin story/reboot/prequel. I guess the prequel bit is a bit of a no brainer when you say it's an origin story. The reboot bit is what I think is the weirdest part. I kinda feel like they might be putting more of a fighter spin on her. In the little amount of time they've been working on the game it looks like they've been concentrating mainly on combat and various scenarios that involve glass getting smashed. I am glad there was no duel wielding weapons and crazy stuff like that though! In an interview some dude said "The first game was a lot about running away from things. And, even though you want to have sections with that, you also want Faith... she's a powerful character and you want her to take control. You'll see a little bit more of that in this game. Again, we're not going to turn this into a shooter. On the contrary, in fact."
They've put those fears to rest I think. And the fact the game is "open world", and by the description under the video, seems to be free roaming, a feature everyone cried out for during the first one. So there will be plenty of opportunities for me to just do daring escapes instead of single footedly karate kicking everyone in the throat.
Faith looks younger, which goes nicely with the prequel thing. And who are these dudes that have breakable glass helmets? They can't be from Project Icarus since all that jazz is in the future. Reboot it into the past I guess. Reboot whatever into the whenever-where.

One thing they've settled on though is the city. The one thing everyone agreed on about the game was that the city was amazing. So they're keeping it that way. The aesthetics are just amazing.
I can't wait...
...When It's Ready.

Snow: Episode 42
Time to get some Mirror's Edginess into this comic. Man, If this is the E3 that finally announces that game I'll be stoked. There seems to be a lot of false positives popping up at the moment. First Amazon (although I don't know how that can even loosely be considered legit) and now the EA help page.
I really wish EA was nowhere near my beloved title though. They can't be trusted I tell ya. Although if you care about games you don't need me to tell you that.
