The Breakdown

This the Breakdown, get ready for a shakedown. Events brought to the smackdown, Heres the crew messing up the Downtown.

So work has gone into Limbo. Meaning the people who are closer to home have left for the time being and the others in the south Island are staying a bit longer.
Me and Peake are hanging out again. We have been doing a mocumentary on my host families camera. Its actually pretty cool. You can see the editing and camera work getting better as we progress. Were doing episode 3 today. Its a study on Nerds and pro gamers, or just Peake in general. Hes quite a character in himself. Im trying to steer away from being labeled Pure Pwnage wannabes though. We can't have that.
Bute yea, its been fun thus far. They need the camera back tomorrow though, so we'll probably be at a loss of what we can do. I think someones gonna have to buy me a digital camera or something. XD
If we get enough decent footage we'll submit it to the HM rage Talent Competition. And this year Ill enter it in the Open competition... and WHIP.. If I had flash on me I would probably do a toon. With a subject of nerdom, how could I miss it? Its just a subject I know so well.
Doctor Who wants his telephone booth back.

Oh yea, Sarah, Treating me good so far. The church is confusing though. They like break it into segments and people are walking in and out. Very new age and WRONG. lol, kidding. But a proper little cafe in the foyer? =P

Aftermath

So that night we went messing around in town I lost my hat. I didn't realize how much I loved that hat. We had many good times. She would sit on my head and shade me from the harsh reality Beating down upon me. She would look out for the trials ahead, always looking forward, never looking back. Unless she wanted to be funky. She was truly a friend... - To be continued.

Ok so we had the day off. So we struck off into the mighty city of hamilton. Or the tron. whatever you wanna call it. We saw the smouldering reckage from that exploded factory. It smelt like Marshmallows roasted by satans hand. Suffice to say they probably wouldnt be edible. The main reason we went in was because Aimee hadn't been to the movies while she was in headspace. So me and the boys were like awww, lets take her to the movies. Turns out Horton HAS a who (haha, just so Marsume gets an extra kick out of it) Doesn't come out till saturday. So The girls were all like *high pitched* "Lets go see Step up 2!" and the guys were like *Deep, muscular sounding* "No that looks dumb, lets see 3:10 to yuma." So they saw theirs and we saw ours. And everyone was happy. There was much rejoicing and booty shaking *From pirates*.

I wandered with J for the rest of the afternoon while everyone else went and did their own things. I was with frank for a while in a bank. My new belt is one of those buckle ones without the little pokey bit for the hole. So it slowly undoes itself. I hitched up my pants and tightened it again. then one of the ladies who works there walks up to me and says *Straight faced* "I see your having some trouble holding your pants up, here." and hands me a paper clip. I was like "Oh, thankyou. where does it go? Do I just clip it here or what..." it was a rather random event

Oh yea, It also seems like my body has gotten used to my slightly later starts. So im not waking up at five thirty anymore. -_- My body is in cycle two. Here, let me explain the cycles of getting used to a new time to wake up.

cycle 1 - You have a time that you have always awoken at, that time is now changed to a later date. Your body thinks it is smart and goes wide awake at the old useless time.

Cycle 2 - Your Body Overshoots the time, so when your alarm goes off it wakes you while your in your deepest of deepest sleeps. You hate the world during this cycle.

Cycle 3 - Perfection. Now go back to cycle one.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM, FRANK AND TARRESA! Sorry for spelling the name wrong. lol

Continued. -

Oh woa, oh woa is my hat. For it is gone. Lost to the depths of urban oblivion. Why must you leave me? Did I not care for you? Did I not pick lint off you when I was bored? Did I not draw my cartoon characters inside you? Oh you were a bad ass hat. I saw you in freeride and knew you were the one. Partly because you were the only cool black one that wasnt a gay trucker hat.

You know. I dont think Ill Leave you out there in the dark. I will search.. I went to the places I had been before. Retraced my steps looking for you my darling. It has been a full day without your presence. I toil and sweat. But REJOICE! For you are found! I found you and with that I found the piece of my heart which was lost with you. Look, for you have kept it safe.

and with that I put you back on my head. Never to be forgotten again.

No seriously I think I like that hat far to much.

Cambridge

Well I have settled into my new host family. The Diprose. And yes. THEY ARE A RELATION. Small world I guess. They are a really nice family. Zac had a little trouble with their fluffy cat, turns out he has an alergy or something nutty. Sorted out now.
The toilet is really dramatic. For about five minutes directly after flushing it sounds like the starship enterprise is trying to take off.
The town is small, but thats ok I guess. I think Ill miss hastings. I just finished my third day at the packhouse. Dude, we get tomorrow off. Shaweet! Its exciting since we usually only get sunday off. Thank goodness for impromptu breaks. I would burn out. The place gets really hot in the afternoon. No clock, which is annoying. So once again I have to smuggle my phone in. -_-

Its actually not so bad working with everyone (ok not quite everyone, 5 of the girls are down south at the moment. Miss you all by the way =) <3 )

It seems stricter than the last place. But thats not so bad. I'm officially a packer, but Im starting to slip into the roll of throwing boxes around onto pallets and stuff. Take back your job Frank! I dont want it. XD

Last night Mum and Dad came down and took me to dinner. It was really cool seeing 'em again. They brough me goodies to. I was shocked. Mum got me coke... I know. It was also buzzy seeing pics of my Nephews and nieces. Baby Sarah is so big now. Time flies when your on headspace slaving your guts out. loller

Heres some left over Photos from Hastings. Enjoy. Oh yea, the Obey Buzzy Board I did is at the greens now. Or maybe its in a bin, either way it was a good practice.

Oh man, I gotta tell ya. We were messing about in town tonight. I climbed on top of one of those freight containers and found a diaper. Ok, thats not the right story. I did a video of frank and Peaky jumping into a bush. It was rather lame to be honest. No effort or grace involved. But what you don't see is franks elbow going into the side of peakies head. Which resulted in him not remembering even jumping into the bush. The last thing he remembered was talking about doing it. Lol, It was kinda freaky actually. He only passed out for a second or two. So now were deciding to only go one at a time.
Maybe we should watch less CKY. Oh yea, we also found a road cone that was buried. All you could see was the tip. haha.

Tomorrow we'll probably go see horton has a who. Or hears a who. I can never remember. oh never mind. Looks like it hasnt come out yet.

goodbye to apples, hello to Kiwi Fruit.

So I had my last day at the apple pack house on friday. It was a great day, all the awesome and wonderful ladies at work put on a lunch for us. I was so stacked, Lol, They ran off for us to clean up though, fair enough. XD
The last ten minutes were spent on the grading table (Where I have been for the most part) totally slacking and making people laugh. HOO-RA! A phrase of mine which will probably go down in history there. They were also getting good at my car alarm sound "WOOP WOOP!" which some of you may be familiar with.
One of the girls wanted to beat me up after work but I said no. After much consideration I agreed to a punch to the face. You should see the video, straight on the jaw and then i go flying sideways. Ah good times.
household. You guys were a great family, Thank you so much for EVERYTHING. I know me and peaky would be a colourful lot to deal with. Speaking of which, friday night for the Talent show I did this while the show did its thing. I only justIt was a little sad saying goodbye to everyone though. The same goes for leaving the Greens finished it as they were ending.
Racheal now has the original. I don't know where shes gonna hang it though cause its rather large. Oh yea, what you see in the bottom right is a Jesus stencil I made. I sprayed it onto an A4 sheet the night before then pasted it on during the show. Later on me and Frank did our little skit thing which involved James Brown's "Feel Good" song. It was pretty rad, But I think we offended the next person to go up with our comment of "Singing a church song in church is so cliche." =S. Should have thought it through a little more I guess. Peaky did an improv thingy, where I filled a bucket with random objects and foods and then gave it to him on stage. He ended up getting randoms to Sniff Pepper and eat that salsa stuff which we ate in the last post. (I couldn't remember the name of it, learn to know what I'm saying without me actually saying it already why dont you??")
It was totally rad getting a package from mum and dad. Woa, that totally rhymed. Im A gangsta rapa' and it just don't matta'. P.S. Mum, I haven't taken that T shirt off for four days.

So then the journey began to Cambridge, *Cue rolling country sides and Lord Of the Rings Theme music*....*That I didn't actually look at because I spent the entire time playing Pokemon Pearl on Peakies DS.*
Me and Zak Stayed at Peakies for the weekend. I swear, you can't stay at that house and NOT become a hardcore gamer. They have far to many consols and screens. It was nutty. This is Peakies Machine. Look at it. Its like a Mini bar and dance club.

Oh yea, everyone may have heard of that factory burning down in taumutu, We could see the smoke of it from our house.

Peakies mates are pretty cool. Kinda reminds me of Matt and all his crew back home.
At the moment I am sitting in my new host families home, in my room. THEY HAVE A LAN CABLE! GLORIOUS INTERNET ON TAAAAAAAAAAAP. Also another computer so Zac doesn't need to wait for the lappy. Turns out their fifteen year old son is a computer guy. Looks like we might fit in here. =)

Miss ya'll a lot.

(Early start tomorrow, were getting thrown straight into work again.)

Splash Planet. and everything else.

Frank, Jared, peaky and me getting ready to eat tabasco.

Well it was rather a dissapointment really. Well the bumper boats were awesome when we went waiting in line. And smacking into Zac all the time on the Go Karts was amusing. Its just that the rides don't seem to have the speed or excitement of Waiwera. Maybe I'm just getting old and patriotic or something. Also they don't have any hot pools, apart from one pool which feels as though it is heated with the combined effort of all the small children peeing into it at once. I never realized how much I take hot pools for granted till now.
At one point I went to push Frank down the slide, His matt stayed where it was as he went shooting down. At another point Peaky tried going down the slide without a matt, it was rather pitiful watching him pushing himself down.
Last night we watched Jurrasic Park, me and zac stayed up talking and occasionally got freaked out by Frank and Peaky sleep talking. Our conversation summed up is "Blah blah blah WOA are you awake? he's not awake, hahahaha. blah blah blah."
Oh yea, the other day Frank sent in an irish joke to a radio station and won some gift cards to KFC, lol, so we got to use em today.
Jess gave me chocolate this morning! Yay, turns out I did get chocolate for easter after all! Our paintings are starting to be sold now at riverbend. It'l be interesting to see how they go. Emmily and Hahays are awesome as.
Classic conversation between me and the Caltex girl. I try to strike up a conversation. "Oh hi, wassup, its nice to see someone new." "Oh I'm not new, I have worked here two months." "Oh, ok, I usually come in here when the night shift are working." "I am the night shift." "Oh.. Well in that case.. Did you replace someone?" "Yea, Kelvin." "Oh aight, was he the fat one all the tall one?" "the fat one about this high?" "Yea yea!" "That was my UNCLE, Hes working the day shift now." ".... Thanks for the coke."

This is monk and Smoke, two of the most prolific Taggers in Hastings

This is the road that my work is along. Amasing huh?

work: week 3

Well our third of five weeks at work has just finished. Lets see. Since last time I posted I have seen 10,000 BC, and fat boy run. Both great movies. In order of awesomeness of movies this year I would have to put Fat boy run at first. With jumper a close second. 10,000BC coming third and a death at a funeral was just and discusting and no. It gave me a bad impression of british comedy, but fortunatly fat boy run revived my appreciation.

We have been working on paintings to sell to raise money for when we go to thailand. We'll be selling them at riverbend church. Mine looks really illustrated. Man, some of the girls have done amazing stuff. Frank has done a verse from Dandelion, a song by five iron frenzy.

During the holidays during easter frank and zac have come to hang out with us. So now our family is boosted to eleven. Its nutty. Tonight we'll probably get some movies out. Ha ha, today we went gaming for the first time in ages at the net cafes. Its my first real attempt at Counter strike. It was rather fun. But I sorta miss the days of battlefield 1942 ya know?

Last night we went for a walk down the train tracks and saw a nice amount of graff. We even found that sticker guy again. Man, Walking into town takes forever along the tracks. Not doing that again. Other artists we saw along the way were: seen, phat, turbo, chaos, blek, fuske, and sleek. Note that it isn't Blek The french Stencil and graffiti artist.

Well I guess its now off to the Video store for some good cinematic fun at home. Woop Woop. Oh yea, tomorrow we get to go to Splash planet. It seems to be the main attraction to hastings unless you haven't seen a apple tree before.

Week two of work. OVER.

Woohoo. Another week gone. Peaky went to palmerston north after work so I had our little outdoor room all to myself last night. I took the opportunity to have a creativity blitz. I stayed up listening to a radio doco and Relient K while drawing and cutting out stencils. (Yes thats a skateboard with silence is consent written on it.) Also used the time to go nutz on the electric guitar and make up some new riffs. To keep me going through till 3 AM I went down to the caltex (About half an hours walk) to buy a 4 pack of V. On my walk I also got a bunch of flixs. Snort can be found around hastings.

As well as Srene by Mc Donalds.

Also found this one, It was very moody..

Ok, Enough with the graff. Funny story at work. I have been working on the grading line for the past three days. Im pretty much a permanent over there now. I'm also pretty sure I have done my neck in cause I cant turn left now. Or perhaps its this weird habit I have of waking up with my head off the end of the bed all the time. Anyway, All of us graders are standing round for something to happen yesterday. Were gathered around this tray of apples. On tray is acceptable apples and the others have circles drawn on the and stuff to show bruising and other blemishes that we dont want getting through. Nothings happening so I walk in into the middle of the group, pick up an apple with two circles drawn on it and say in an authoritarian voice "Ok, We can all see whats wrong with this fruit can't we?" Everyone all sorts of mumbles yes for a bit then I say "Quite obviously someone has tried drawing a silly face on this apple-" Everyone cracks up laughing and this one old lady gets all grumpy and is like "No stop that be serious blah blah rar rar rar." All the other old ladies or trying to stifel grins and laughter in an attempt to look mature about this. APPLES ARE NO LAUGHING MATTER. And you better remember that or they'l take more than our chairs next time.. The graders used to have chairs but a whole bunch of new brazilian people came to work there, and spent the entire time talking. The boss got grumpy and took the chairs away the next day. So now we stand in one place all day busting our backs. Funny thing is the brazilians havent been back since. Probably a good thing because these old ladies want to string them up.
